What are the terms of Little Bubbly's return policy?
Little Bubbly gladly offers to exchange your purchase (excluding postage expenses) for store credit on the Little Bubbly Website, should you encounter any sizing issues or receive faulty items. You have up to 14 days after receiving your item to initiate the return and exchange process.
While we meticulously inspect all items prior to shipment, if you discover a defect in your product, we will provide a store credit or exchange, subject to availability. Please ensure that any returns for faulty products are sent back to us within 14 days of receiving them, as we are unable to accept returns outside of this timeframe.

Returned items must maintain their original condition, including all original tags, and should not have been worn, altered, or washed.
In the event of items being returned to us due to incorrect information provided, a re-delivery charge of AUD $10.90 will be incurred.
What choices do I have when I return an item?
Whether you're dealing with a faulty item or encountering sizing issues, Little Bubbly offers three options for returns:
- Exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability of stock.
- Store Credit to your Little Bubbly online account (for customers with a Little Bubbly member account).
- Refund: We don't provide refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending. However, we can cancel your order and issue you a credit note for future use.
Occasionally, the replacement item you request may be sold out by the time your returned product reaches Little Bubbly. If your replacement isn't available, your online account or the account you used for payment (e.g., PayPal) will be refunded.
